Roberto Navarrete, an academic with Chilean origin will be in Mumbai this week. Roberto came to Britain in 1975 as a political refugee following a period of imprisonment under the Pinochet dictatorship. He is the executive producer of Alborada Films’s first documentary, “Inside the revolution: a journey into the heart of Venezuela”, a documentary which will be screened on Thursday.
He has travelled extensively in the continent and maintains a keen interest in Latin American history, culture and politics,
